Dear sir or madame,
I urge you institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver. These short positions are currently, and increacingly into the future, will be seen as manipulation of the precious metals market, as more and more investors get involved. There will be a substantially narrower tolerance range, for such unequal bias as the market gains increacingly more exposure into the future, and there is no boubt it will be revealed as such in a conscious manner by all.
