Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
I support the staff’s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. However, I do not believe the proposed 5000 contract limit is appropriate. This 5000 contract limit would give a single speculator the ability to move market price for personal gain, and is unacceptable in my opinion.
I urge you to institute a more appropriate limit of less than 2000 contracts for silver.
