I am in favor of postion limits and consider what has been happening in this precious metals market a travesty. The market should and needs to be fair and above board or it will be destroyed. No one will invest in a knowingly crooked market in time. The people who earn their living in silver and gold or any commodity for that matter needs to have a fair market. I know the people and businesses in these fields would think a fair market is a must or will not have a job in due time and their have been primary silver mining companies that went out of businss du to the low price of silver as it was manipulated down. Some gold companies have went out of business also I'm sure during the 1995 -2000 supression in gold. It is the right thing to do especially in a country that portrays the image of being fair to the world while supporting fraud is really a fraud itself.
