Please enforce strict position limits as indicated in your staff proposal. I think smaller position limits should be instituted in the silver market. It appears that the market is being "gamed" by a few larger players. I think a position limit of 500 contracts would serve the market well. Since the markets size is so small, that would prevent any single entity, or small group, from manipulating the market.
