Hello
I would like to let the commission know that I am in opposition of the proposed 10-1 leverage
requirements. This threatens the basic principle of 'choice'. Every trader should have the right to choose
the amount of leverage that is suitable for their risk appetite and trading preference. I am sure that the
retail trading community would appreciate if this proposed change would be dismissed as we are still
trying to cope with the recent 100-1 changes that were made in late 2009.
