Commodity Futures Trading Commission
I am exercising my first Amedment right to petition the government, which is the CFTC.
I seek resolution to the manipulation of the Silver market by organizations that are not producers or consumers of the product.
I ask that everyone, who is not a certified producer or consumer of Silver, be limited to 1000 contracts.
