Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
Should limits on silver contracts be so large that they exceed the yearly production level of even the largest mine? I do not think so. Why not limit the number of contracts to 1500? This is a more reasonable number.
Please do the right thing. The American taxpayer is very discouraged with their government and how they treat the "big boys".
