To whom it may concern,
Position limits of silver should be reviewed and changed.
Due to the existing limits it allows for any single speculator to control the market.
Your need to protect the people and investors from this and change the limits as soon as possible!
Please consider to institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
