Ladies & Gentlemen of the Commission:
I'm old now, I don't even own any silver. I did though at one time in the late 1980s. But it never appreciated in price so I sold it in 1993 at its absolute bottom. I find some satisfaction in living to see the current appreciation in price. I'm writing today for the younger people who currently hold silver as an investment. They've made a reasoned financial investment decision. Whether their right or wrong, allow free market capitalism to vindicate or nullify their investment.....not Wall Street Investment Banks. Ther's been far too much of this ugliness. You have the opportunity to level the playing field for the little people. I envy that.
