Dear Commissioners:
Position limits in silver should be no more than 1,500 contracts (7.5 million ounces).
Exceptions should be limited only to legitimate hedgers.
The current system is clearly and obviously being abused by some of the largest banks in the silver market. Please listen to the wishes of the public on this important issue.
