    Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:

    I urge you to approve the staff’s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. However, I would ask you to readjust the proposed formula in silver from 5,000 contracts to a 1500 contract position limit for silver. The purpose of speculative position limits is to prevent the screwing of the small silver investor, such as myself. Enough is enough. Let's be reasonable so that ALL will be protected. That is the purpose of the CFTC.

    Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
