For the last year I have been watching the price of Silver on the markets, I have been watching and wondering why every few days the prices always tumble at the same time. If you compare the charts they are unlike any other commodity charts on the planet and it would seem to me that a free market is being manipulated. With what I have been able to read, all this seems to be illegal activity of a few big banks. Why, as the regulatory body overseeing this activity, do you allow this to continue. If a novice like me can see and read the charts, I find it incomprehensible that your agency doesn't stop this activity with the full force of the law and at the least good conscience. If it looks like a skunk, walks like a skunk and smells like a skunk. It is a damn skunk. It is your job to kill the skunk. Lets see, the world is running out of silver, (shortage), demand is skyrocketing, The price dives every time there is a run up? This is a very strange reversal of universal economics law 101. The world is watching you. The time for you to do your job is now.

    Respectfully.
