I urge you to approve the staff's proposal on position limits. However, I respectfully request that you READJUST THE POSITION LIMITS ON SILVER. 5,000 contracts is too high and would allow the continuation manipulation of the silver market by a concentrated short position. Please institute a
1500 CONTRACT (7.5 million ounce) POSITION LIMIT FOR SILVER.
