The proposed position limit for silver as drafted is much, much too high and still allows the perpetuation of egrigious concentrated and manipulatibe positions in silver, I urge you to institute a 1000 contract (5. million ounce) position limit for silver.
Thank you for finally, hopefully, taking action to represent the investing public rather than the large financial institution(s) who in the case of silver have maintained manipulative and illegal concentrated short positions, in contrast to law and the Commission's duty to regulate and prevent same.
