The problem of a few instituions controling the market for there own benifit has gone on for far too long,now is the time to put in place position limits of 1,500 contracts to put a stop the manipulation of the Silver market once and for all.
The manipullation has gone on for well over ten years. Ihave been in the market for over twenty years,and this is the worst that I have observed.
Now is the Time.
