I think the markets in futures on the whole are a complete joke and devoid of reality. At the top of the list is silver.
Can you explain at all why the banks are short? Who are the producers of silver hedging in this market the past decade? Show me the 10ks! Where are they?
The facts are simple. My government is using JPM as agent. That is reality. I know it and certainly all of you know it. So what is your point? Regulators do not regulate, they acquiesce to their masters, which is what all of you do every working day.
