    Quit giving the the Crooks the license to STEAL and make the Position limits with a cap of 1500. Making a Limit of 5000 shows that ALL you are intent on doing is supporting the Criminals. I realize the chances are slim that you will do the right thing, so when there are Fails and the World realizes the Scam at least we will know who we can blame and hold responsible. YOU!

    Try doing the RIGHT thing for a change!
