Position limits of 1500 would be the only logical way to control the large concentrated positions the large banks hold, in attempting to slow the rise of metals. Were I to hold the astronomically large concentrated positions, charges would be brought. Why are the largest banks allowed to control 30 to 40% of any commodity? Its absurd that its taken this long to even take comments.
The public now knows of this allowed behavior, or preferential treatment and is outraged.
Its overdue for the CFTC to rectify this outrage!!
