Please re-think the current proposal of more than 5,000 contracts. This will perpetuate the current problems. The position limits in silver should not exceed 1,500 contracts (7.5M ounces) because the problem as it is explained to me is the lacking concentration in physical commodities traded on the COMEX. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
