I urge the commission to adopt the contract limit of 1500 contracts. The current limit at 25 million ounces represents a number far greater than what the majority of silver miners bring out of the ground each year. In addition, hardly any corporation or bank possesses a legitimate need to buy so many contracts for a need to hedge. I believe it is the duty of the commission to defend a free and fair market in silver.
