Commissioners,
Let us not waste words. With regard to SILVER, you know what needs to be done!
The long standing and corrupt existing Position Limit needs to be reduced to NOT MORE than 1500 (One thousand five hundred) contracts to bring Silver into line with all other commodities. You perfectly well must know this!
Whatever vested interests or pressure you may or may not be under which may be trying to influence your judgement, you must RESIST. A thing is either fair or it is unfair, there is nothing in between. In some parts of the world in recent weeks and days we are seeing the very consequences of unfairness on the streets!
Theodore Butler seems to keep giving you the benefit of the doubt, namelly,that ultimately the Commission will do the right thing. I am not betting on it!
