Position limits in silver clear;y should be no more than 1500 contracts. Your current proposed limit of over 5000 contracts will not solve the problem of silver manipulation. The 1500 contract limit is clearly the correct amount, it is reasonable, and it will be effective, and, furthermore, the 1500 limit is greater than any other current concen-tration in physical commodities traded on the COMEX.
