Dear CFTC;
I know that you have been thinking about imposing position limits on all commodities especially silver. I am asking that you please wait a little bit longer. I have not purchased enough silver for my family. I need some more time. My kids buy as much as they can with allowance money and I try to buy some when I have some extra cash, which is not that often. Can you hold off on imposing postion limits. I know that by waiting to impose limits it means inventory levels at the comex will continue to go down, after all they are down from 90 million ounce last year. I know you only have 48 million ounces left at the comex. Just think about the small American families like me who don't have much and need a little bit more time to buy silver. So all I am asking is for you to wait just a little bit longer. Please allow JP Morgan to continue to short the silver price. If they are allowed to short silver I will be able to buy more at lower prices.
