The CFTC has a duty to ensure an international free market. I watched in dismay at one of your live meetings in December 2010 and as soon as Bart Chilton started speaking both gold and silver nose dived (as if in defiance by the manipulators).
The international investing community has lost confidence in the ability of the USA to regulate and ensure a free market.
You need to act decisively and listen to the public if you have any hope of restoring confidence.
A position limit of 1500 contracts on Silver as highlighted by the public community will start the process of restoring confidence.
