please may we have some reasonable contols in the precious metals markets.position limits should be limited to 1500.do something for the people and end this fraud and outright manipulation of the silver market while our govt agencies seem unwilling to end the manipulation.please just do the right thing.our country needs brave men and women to make things honest and fair and not just a twist of the truth.you can do the right thing .it's up to you.i know there are people of honor still among us.there is way too much paper silver compared to actual existing physical silver.
