5000 Silver contracts would only prolong the manipulation games. 1500 contracts are more than enough for legitimate traders that are NOT engaging in manipulation of the price.
Your decision will show you for what you are. Kept lackeys of the manipulators or officials favoring to change controlled markets to free markets.
