    Gentlemen,

Why do you listen to the 5,000 plus contract proposal. Who proposed this, two or three big banks or brokrage companies? Why can't you see why their doing this? Can you for this one time do the right thing for middle class America and limit the contracts to 1,500 and under contracts. By having the limit at 5,000 plus contracts which equals around 7.5 million ounces can only cause a mess to the exchange in the future. What other commodity is able to leverage like this, percentage wise? Anyone with any insight and research knows this is highly unfair to the average American who wishes to balance his portfolio, say 10% into precious metals as a inflation hedge.

    Sincerely,
    Allen Thompson
