Dear Commissioners of the CFTC,
First I would like to say that I am proud to live in a country where public opinion matters and can
actually make a difference. The matter of position limits is very important to the silver market and I
believe the current limit is too high. Please institute a position limit of no more than 1500 contracts.
Exemptions should also be limited to true producers and industrial consumers of silver.
