I am a forex retail trader. I am retired and I earn enough money to top up my pension. I have spent a lot
of money on computers, books and programmes over the years. Your proposed ideas would make all my
equipment useless and rob me of my extra income. There are many thousands of people like me who
would be affected by your proposals.
