I am sending this message in regard to RIN 3038-AC61. I strongly believe that I should be given the
freedom to choose the appropriate amount of leverage for my individual trading style and risk tolerance.
I do not agree that the amount of leverage that I can employ should be limited. Thank you for your
consideration.
