The CFTC is not "ensuring the integrity of the futures & options market" when it allows a few large banks to play with huge unbacked (paper) contracts. This equals silver price manipulation.
I favor a position limit of no more than 1500 contracts
You should know that financially-based crimes are considered especially heinous.
