While I am not an expert on commodities. I am familiar with the fact that their are extremely large futures activity in silver. I am also aware that 1,500 contract limits has been recommended by several individual and organizations. It would seem to me that 5,000 contract limits would be too large a limit to eliminate what appears to be manipulation in silver. I would strongly recommend that the CFTC give serious consideration to reducing the limit to 1,500 contracts. Thank you. Larry P. Butala
