Leverage Reduction
More government regulation and more jobs lost. Do you people have such little business experience to realize
that the American public will relocate to a destination that permit expanded leverage.
Da! I think that is covered under Business 1 not even 101, that would be too advanced for the person or persons
that dreamed up this moronic regulation.
Do not put this regulation into effect, please.
