Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
In the interest of restoring integrity to the silver futures market, please approve the staff’s proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. Additionally, please readjust the proposed formula in silver which would allow a single speculator to buy and sell in excess of 25 million ounces of silver, more than 99% of the world's silver producers and consumers make or use in a year.
Please institute a 7.5 million ounce (1500 contracts) position limit for silver.
