Dear Secretary, I believe traders should have the right to choose the appropriate amount of leverage that
they feel is appropriate to thier risk appetite and this should not be IMPOSED upon them.
I AM AGAINST ANY CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT OF MARGIN ALLOWED FOR FOREX TRADING. Any
change would put U.S. accounts at a distinct disadvantage.
