Please find attached the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' comment and accompanying exhibit to the notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the further definition of "Swap Dealer," "Security-Based Swap Dealer," "Major Swap Participant," "Major Security-Based Swap Participant" and "Eligible Contract Participant". This replaces the version previously submitted earlier this afternoon, which had some text deleted due to a scanning error.
