On January 27, 2011, Commission staff participated in a teleconference with representatives from ICE to discuss the notice of proposed rulemaking regarding swap execution facilities.
Trading Systems or Platforms
Participants discussed the Commission's proposal regarding request for quote systems and their relation to: impartial access, the statutory definition of swap execution facilities, and bids or offers resting in the trading system or platform.
