As a silver trader, I find myself in agreement with most others commenting here. Essentially all we want is a free and fair market. And you, the regulators of the CTFC, are responsible for maintaining that level playing field.
For years, we have watched the big players manipulate the markets with huge unbacked contracts. We know all about Judge Bruce Levine's promise and 100% record of never finding in favor of a complainant. That's worse than the average Russian judges record of 99.3%! Are you proud of that? Has America become a petting zoo for banksters?
Please enforce a limit of no more than 1500 contracts; similar to other commodities.
For the love of God, do your job !
