I am a small investor who invests in the gold and silver market. I can't help but feel the deck is stacked against me and thousands of other small investors in favor of the large investment banks. Please institute position limits of no more than 1000 contracts. These obviously manipulated markets have been allowed to go on for far too long. When these markets finally "blow up," and they will, will you officials at the CFTC be able to look yourselves in the mirror and honestly say, "I did everything I could to prevent this from happening."
