RIN3038-AC61. If your intention is to eliminate or substantially reduce currency trading by individuals then your proposal will
probably succeed. As a "little" trader who enjoys making a few hundred dollars I most certainly object to your eliminating me
from the market. A $300 gain on a $1000 investment is good for my pocketbook but a $300 gain on a $10000 investment is not
worth the effort. Please reconsider
