    Regulstion of Retail Forex
    Re: RIN 3038-AC61
I am at a time in my life when physically I am unable to join the outside work force, if there were jobs to be had
there. I am, however, able to trade on the Forex in my home to supplement my income. I certainly can approve
of regulations which would help retail traders as myself avoid scams and fraud which would endanger our funds.
I cannot look favorably at regulations that would set maximum leverage for U.S. retail traders at 10:1. That would
restrict my freedom to trade as I wish. Protect me from fraud, if you wish, but do not take away my freedom to
trade in the U.S. As much as I would dislike doing so, I, and many other Americans I suspect, would be forced to
move our monies to other countries to preserve our trading freedom. It is incomprehensible to me that my country
would take away some of my freedoms in stead of preserving them. Please do not let this happen to me and
    other retail Forex traders.
    Sincerely,
    Sandra Wehrley
