On behalf of the Working Group of Commercial Energy Firms, Hunton & Williams LLP respectfully submits these comments on the Commission’s Proposed Rule on the “Designation of a Chief Compliance Officer; Required Compliance Policies; and Annual Report of a Futures Commission Merchant, Swap Dealer, or Major Swap Participant” published in the Federal Register on November 19, 2010.
