Typo in NOPR issued 12/7 on real-time reporting
Hi,
I am reviewing the NOPR: Real-Time Public Reporting of Swap Transaction Data issued on 12/7 and I found a typo. I wasn’t sure who to send this to at the CFTC; can you either forward to the correct individual or let me know who I should send it to?
On p. 76173 of the Federal Register on Tuesday December 7, 2010, section 43.3(b)(2)(ii) reads: “Notwithstanding the disclosure prohibition of §43.5(b)(2)(i)” when I think it should read “§43.3(b)(2)(i)”
Also on the same page, section 43.3(b)(2)(iii) reads: “Notwithstanding the disclosure prohibition of §43.5(b)(2)(i)” when I think it should also read “§43.3(b)(2)(i)”
It should reference 43.3 in both places instead of 43.5.
