Proposal for Federal Speculative Position Limits for Referenced Energy
Contracts and Associated Regulations
On May 18,2010, representatives of BG Americas and Global LNG (BGA), met with
Commissioner Sommers to discuss their comment letter filed in connection with the
Commission's proposed rulemaking regarding Federal Speculative Position Limits for
Referenced Energy Contracts and Associated Regulations. Marcia Blase of Commissioner
Sommers' staff was also present at the meeting.
