    Regarding position limits for Silver contracts on the Comex:

    I believe that position limits of not greater than 1500 contracts and no special exemptions allowed is fair and reasonable.

    If our markets cannot be trusted to be open, fair, and well regulated, the rest of the world is perfectly willing to go elsewhere and develop their own.
