Please find attached a copy of our response to the CFTC Consultation on amendments to the rules governing customer fund investment in US permitted investments.
As indicated in this brief response, we only became aware of this issue recently and therefore have not really had the opportunity to put in a detailed response. As a result, it focuses on the desired flexibility in investment opportunities, but we hope that it will be helpful to you in your deliberations.
