Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sirs,
Concerning RIN 3038-AC61 which would drastically change the margin requirements in trading the currency
market. This change is not in the best interest of anything or anyone. It would take away the right of a person
to act freely and chose for himself what his risk should be. This proposal would disallow many who use this
market as a soul source of income to trade anymore. I strongly oppose this change and would respectfully
submit to you that it would be the wrong thing to do. It would severely limit our rights as people to make our
own decisions.
