I have become aware that you are considering the following changes:
: "leverage in retailforex customer accounts would be subject to a 104o-1 limitation,"
I believe that this is an unwarranted change and would only hurt the retail customer. I can see no possible
benefit from this change. Furthermore I believe that it is a restraint of free trade. I therefore strongly urge you
not to adapt this change.
