To Whom-
As a full time trader in the forex markets and other capital markets, I am making my
opinion known regarding the upcoming proposals. I, as well as many of my colleagues are AGAINST
this type of legislation.
First you folks instituted the FIFO rule, so stops would be null and void which is terrible enough and
now this proposal. Please do NOT pass this legislation.
