Regulation of Retail Forex
To the US Commodities and Futures Trading Commission,
I disapprove of the proposed change RIN 3038-AC61 now under
consideration. Such change serves no good purpose. In my view it is an
improper use of government power, an infringement upon the rights of
willing participants in the free market. Such a change will have
negative effects on US markets.
With others like ~ne I believe that all traders should have the right to
choose the amount of leverage appropriate to their individual appetite.
Your proposed action is one worthy of the Central Committee of the old
USSR pre 1989. It is absolute rubbish. You should not do this thing.
Sincerely,
Hans Kriel
